About Me

My name is Olivia. Welcome! I'm originally from St. Petersburg, Florida. I moved to New York a couple years ago to live with my boyfriend, Scott. I grew up in somewhat of a small town, definitely nowhere fashionable or fashion forward. I always got strange looks from people when I wore something dressed up or beyond the norm. My family members would be one to tell you that I'm the only one who shows up to family parties in dresses or high heels!

Now I live in New York, half an hour away from New York City, and fashion is all around me (along with much better stores!). It's inspired me to start this blog to maintain my style and share it with others! I work at a law firm, so I have to be fashionable in moderation. This is my place for me to get away and go wild with my style.

I just recently started blogging to occupy my time with something a little more creative than couch surfing. I've always been a big lover of fashion, especially shoes. I believe fashion is more than personal style, it gives you an outlet to express yourself by being you! I'm still new to this whole thing, but I'm loving it so far! I'm on a very tight budget, so most of my stylings are via thrift stores and the clearance rack- but I do my best to make it my own. I'm also pretty new to the NYC area so I figured this would be a great way to make some new friends that are also fashion lovers! :)
